We hope you love your Kirana purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

 

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

 

You may return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.

 

Returned items must be:

 

- Unworn, unwashed and unused

- In original condition

- Returned with all original tags attached

- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, stains or other signs of wear

 

Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Postage

 

Return postage for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns is the customer's responsibility.

 

We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

 

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the return instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kiranaclothing.com.au.

 

Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

 

Where applicable, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.

 

Sale Items

 

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

 

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty.

 

Our Handcrafted Fabrics

 

Many Kirana garments feature handcrafted and hand-block-printed fabrics.

 

Small variations in colour, print placement and pattern are a natural part of the handcrafted process and make each garment unique. These natural variations are not generally considered faults.

 

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply where there is a genuine fault with a product.

- Your name

- Order number

- Item you would like to return

- Reason for return
